PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your
privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information with any
third parties except as required by the Colorado Department of Transportation and our insurance carrier. Any information collected through this site is intended to be
used for this transaction only. Your personal information is secured via
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology. Our contract with the Colorado Department of Transportation requires that we provide them with each students full name, contact information to include address and phone #, drivers license number and date of birth. Our insurance carrier requires that upon request we provide them same information.
REFUND POLICY
If you can't make your scheduled date
we do need 48 hours notice before your class starts. As long as we get
that notice your money is completely transferable to another date or
refundable minus a $10 dollar cancellation fee. At our sole discretion we may relax this policy in cases of a documented emergency. If you make a mistake and miss your class please contact us as we may allow you to attend on a different date on a stand-by or space available basis.
All of our motorcycle safety courses are certified
by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and the Colorado Department of
Transportation. A motorcycle permit is not required to take our
motorcycle safety class. Our basic motorcycle safety class has
instructions on how to ride a motorcycle and includes all the testing
for your Colorado motorcycle license. Passing our motorcycle safety
class means that you will not need to test at the Department of Motor
Vehicles.
